A man from Eldon was arrested Monday (12/3) on drug and other charges.  The Wapello County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Joshua Jennings was arrested after a search warrant was served on an Eldon residence.  He is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, intent to deliver more than five grams of meth, one count of child endangerment and failure to have a drug tax stamp.  The investigation was conducted by the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office, Ottumwa Police, the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement Agency and the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force.
