An Oskaloosa woman is accused of insurance fraud.  39-year-old Brandy Voss has been charged with first degree theft and insurance fraud–presenting false information after an investigation by the Mahaska County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa Insurance Division.  Voss allegedly filed a false claim to her insurance company in June.
