The Mahaska County Board will hold a special session Tuesday morning (10/9) at 11 at the County Courthouse in Oskaloosa.  The meeting deals with bids for a new radio communications system for the County, with the Board to vote on inviting Racom to make a bid for the system and hiring a consultant to review bids the County receives.
