Tonight (11/5), the Oskaloosa City Council will talk traffic.  The Council will vote on a proposal to remove the stop lights at 3^rd Avenue East and South 17^th Street and put in two-way stop signs at 3^rd Avenue.  There will also be discussion on reducing parking on D Street, putting restrictions on both sides of D Street from A Avenue to 6^th Avenue.  The Council will also review its audit for fiscal year 2018.  Tonight’s Oskaloosa City Council meeting starts at 6 at City Hall.
