Law enforcement says icy roads contributed to a Friday morning (11/9) crash that killed a woman from Ottumwa.  The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says 68-year-old Maria Fernandez lost control of her car when she reached a bridge that had iced over.  She was driving in the 1800 block of Business Highway 34 around 5:45 Friday morning.
