Red Dirt Renegade works to keep the crowd engaged through their blue-collar work ethic, 3 and 4 part harmony vocals and amazing musicianship.
Red Dirt Renegade is led by the “Tycoon of Twang”, Jason Boggs, on lead guitar.  Jason has performed professionally for over 10 years and led many traditional roots music bands playing country, blues and rockabilly music. Preferring substance over flashy licks, Jason is a disciple of tone, time and taste. Growing up on a rural Southern Iowa farm he was captivated by the country music sounds on tapes and AM radio in his father’s truck.
Jesse Gutierres our frontman on lead vocals is a powerful singer from the small town of Bethany, Oklahoma. He is one of the most authentic singer’s you’ll ever hear in your life; singing with a rich baritone reminiscent of Waylon Jennings, George Strait and Johnny Cash. Jesse grew up singing and hearing four-part harmony at his family’s church. He has a versatile voice that can bring a powerful low bass up to a angelic high falsetto. He is also a prolific
songwriter with over 200 songs written about life, love and his time in service to our country.
On pedal steel guitar, banjo, dobro and vocals is bluegrass hall of fame member, Mr. Larry Beem. Larry has played music professionally for over 40 years around the country, focusing mainly on bluegrass. He adds a tremendous depth of musical knowledge, experience and authenticity to the group.   The band is rounded out by a veteran rhythm section of bass and drums.
