You won’t be able to park on D Street in Oskaloosa between A Avenue and 6^th Avenue.  Monday night (11/19), the Oskaloosa City Council passed on second reading an ordinance that prohibits on-street parking on D Street in that area.  City staff says the parking restriction, plus re-paving of D Street between A and 6^thwill improve traffic flow in the area.
