REBA MCINTIRE HOSTED THE CMA COUNTRY CHRISTMAS LAST NIGHT

Reba McIntire hosted the CMA Country Christmas last night

Reba McIntire lived up to the title of her hit song “Fancy” at ABC’s 2018 CMA Country Christmas last night. For her second time hosting the show, the superstar, 63, stunned in several gorgeous gowns (five, to be exact!).

One, a festive red mini dress, called to mind her iconic 1993 CMAs dress, which she wore again at the 2018 ACM Awards. Much like her earlier look, people couldn’t get over how gorgeous Reba was in red.  “You’re rockin that red dress,” one fan tweeted.

She also stunned in a sparkling, floor-length gown (fittingly festooned in fringe for the occasion) for her flawless rendition of Dolly Parton’s “Hard Candy Christmas,” from the musical The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. “You can’t ever have too much fringe!” Reba captioned a video taken backstage, and everyone seemed to agree.

A beautiful silver ball gown made just as much of an impression. “That is the prettiest dress I’ve EVER seen on you,” wrote another viewer. “You look like a young princess.”And a simple, curve-hugging metallic number allowed the artist’s eyes to shine. “How are your eyes even able to be that blue!” asked a fan, to which someone replied: “Heaven sent!”

Speaking of blue, the singer turned heads in the hue (and of course, more glitter) when performing “What Child Is This” with The Isaacs—her favorite moment from the show, she told Good Morning Washington.

Though filmed back in September, the special aired December 10 and featured appearances by Tony Bennett, Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Amy Grant, Diana Krall, Dustin Lynch, Martina McBride, Old Dominion, Brad Paisley, Michael W. Smith, Lindsey Stirling, The Isaacs, and Brett Young.
