Being regular season champions of the Heart of America Conference didn’t help William Penn’s baseball team get into the NAIA national tournament.  Baker and Clarke got the two automatic conference berths in the 45 team field…and the Statesmen going 0-2 at the conference tournament didn’t help them get an at-large berth.  The Statesmen end the year with a 33-12 record.
