The Oskaloosa Community Development Foundation made a big donation to the Oskaloosa Kiwanis Club Monday (6/24).  The Foundation presented a check for over $40,000 to go toward the Kiwanis playground project at Edmundson Park.  The Oskaloosa Kiwanis plans to make improvements at the wooden playground at Edmundson Park.
