A woman from Washburn is accused of OWI and child endangerment.  The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office says around 11:20am on July 6, a witness saw 38-year-old Rachel Storm driving the wrong way on Highway 330N.  She was later spotted in the ditch at 10934 North 107^th Avenue in Jasper County.  Storm was seen getting out of her car with two children and one of the children told the witness that Storm had been drinking.  Storm was arrested for OWI third offense and child endangerment.
