Aaron Lewis’ new album, Sinner, has debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart as well as the all-genre Top 200 Albums chart. The album also tops Billboard’s Top Digital Albums Chart and comes in fourth place on the Top 200 Consumption Chart. Lewis scores his big debut as the album’s lead single, “That Ain’t Country,” hits airwaves and sparks a conversation about what’s currently being played on country radio.
· Lewis has never been shy of sharing his opinion about the current state of country music and does so in the song. He says, “I grew up listening to Merle, Waylon, Willie, Charlie Daniels and more on the radio. So when I listen to what is being played today, I barely recognize it as Country music. So that is where the song originated.”
