Oskaloosa High school will be performing The Clumsy Custard Horror Show: And Ice Cream Review, at 7:30 PM on Friday and Saturday March 7 & 8 at the George Daily Auditorium. It is a great kid friendly show with LOTS of audience participation.

The Mahaska Amateur Radio Club will host it’s 26th annual Amateur Radio Swapmeet, on Saturday march 15, 2014. It will be held at the American Legion Hall located at 302 high avenue east. On March 28th, the Oskaloosa High School Student Council along with National Honors Society members will host a murder mystery dinner night in an effort to send a donation to help those who were affected by the typhoon that hit the Philippines in November of 2013. The dinner will be held in the small gym of Oskaloosa Senior High Oskaloosa Chamber Orchestra will perform as attendants are served a spaghetti dinner with meatballs, garlic toast, salad, and baked goods as a dessert. Afterwards, they will walk around the gym and speak to possible suspects in order to find clues leading the to the discovery of who committed the murder. Audience participation will include walking around, mingling with characters played by actors, and collaborating with fellow detectives. No costumes necessary!
