On September 22, 2016 at 2:46pm Wapello County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a medical emergency in the 8300 block of 110th Ave east of Ottumwa, IA. Once medical services were on scene it was learned the construction worker had fallen a distance and the worker had died as a result of the fall. Assisting the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office was Wapello County Rural Fire and ORMICS.
