Poweshiek County law enforcement has made an arrest in connection with a series of suspicious fires this past spring.  21-year-old Chance Ryan Beres of Malvern has been charged with three counts of second degree arson and one count of third degree arson.  Beres is being held in the Poweshiek County Jail on $32,000 bond.
