Friday A Good Day For Osky Boys’ Track And Field

The Oskaloosa Boys’ Track and Field team continues to show great things on Friday, as in two events, two anchors of the program performed well.
In the long jump, junior J’Von Harris finished in 4th place in Class 3A with a top distance of 21-8.75. Pella’s Chase Van Sant won the event with a distance of 22-00.5.
In the prelims of the 110 meter hurdles, Osky senior Austin Reed qualified with the third fastest time of the day with a time of 14.92 seconds. JoJo Frost of Center Point-Urbana recorded the fastest qualifying time at 14.83 seconds.
The finals of the 110 meter hurdles will be held on Saturday.
