HyVee is voluntarily recalling six products because of possible salmonella and listeria contamination.  Those products are: HyVee Bacon Wrapped Cowgirl Chicken Grillers, HyVee Roasted Tomato, Spinach and Mozzarella Twice Baked Potato, HyVee Cowgirl Chicken Griller Patty, HyVee Gourmet Steakhouse Mushroom and Swiss Burger, HyVee Ground Beef Sliders Mushroom and Swiss in a 2 ounce size and HyVee Ground Beef Sliders in a 12 pack.  HyVee says mushrooms and tomatoes used in those products are the source of the contamination.  All the affected products have an expiration date of October 22, 2018 or sooner.  If you have one of those products in your refrigerator, throw them out or take them back to the store for a full refund.
