Dennis Quaid stars in Midland’s latest video “Mr. Lonely,” and apparently he was a bit of a daredevil on set.

According to Cameron Duddy, the actor wanted to do his own stunts in the video, which Cameron says was “absurd,” noting, “I’m not going to be responsible for hurting Dennis Quaid on a free music video shoot.”

But apparently they had a hard time stopping him, although Cameron put his foot down when it came to lighting Dennis’ crotch on fire. He notes, “He wanted to do it. We were like, ‘Dude, I’m sorry we just can’t do it we don’t have the insurance policy for it.’”
