Oskaloosa’s boys’ basketball team remains number one in this week’s Associated Press state 3A rankings. The 7-0 Indians received nine out of eleven first place votes.  Pella also enters the 3A poll this week at number ten.  And as fate would have it, the Indians will host Pella Friday night (12/21).  But before that, Oskaloosa travels to Norwalk tonight (12/18).

Oskaloosa’s boys’ and girls’ are both at Norwalk for a doubleheader.  You can hear both games on KBOE-FM with coverage starting at 6; Erick Zamora will have play-by-play of the girls’ game starting at 6:15 with the boys’ game following around 7:45.

Also in the AP boys’ basketball rankings, Montezuma is second in the Class 1A poll.
