The Oskaloosa Boys’ Golf team had their best round of the season Saturday, shooting a 327 en route to a third place finish. Centerville took the team crown, and Washington edged out Osky for second. Fairfield finished in fourth in the eight team field. Freshman Spencer Tucker led the Indians with a 72, which was good enough for second place.

Two-time defending state medalist Alex Moorman of Centerville led the field with a 68. The Oskaloosa boys’ will be back in action hosting another home invitational on Thursday at Edmundson Golf Course. Albia, Grinnell, and Des Moines Christian will be their opponents. The meet is scheduled to begin at 4:15.
