Tonight (12/3), the Oskaloosa City Council will talk about the city’s sewer system–specifically, sewer rates and improvement projects for the sewer system.  That will be at a study session at 5:00. No action is scheduled.  Then at the regular City Council meeting at 6pm, the Council will have a public hearing on rezoning 1217 Market Street to build a Dollar General store.  The Council will also present its Officer of the Year award and present longevity awards to city employees who have reached 20 years’ service with the City.  That’s all at Oskaloosa City Hall tonight.  Again, the study session is at 5pm and the regular Council meeting at 6.
