Oskaloosa High’s boys and girls bowlers both defeated Knoxville on Saturday (12/8).  The Indians boys were led by Kale Hoover with a 234 high game and 451 series.  For the girls, Andrea Mitterer led the way with a 201 high game and 358 series.

Oskaloosa’s boys swim team competed in the Grinnell invitational on Saturday (12/8).  The Indians had a fourth place finish from Owen Gordon in the 100 meter backstroke; Jarod Miller was fourth in the 100 butterfly and Carson Breon was fourth in the 500 meter freestyle.  The Indians’ 400 freestyle relay team of Jarod Miller, Carson Breon, Colin Fiechtner and Owen Gordon also finished fourth.  The Indians will have their only home swim meet of the year Thursday night at the Oskallosa YMCA.

And don’t forget, we’ll have Oskaloosa boys basketball Tuesday night (12/11) as the Indians travel to Washington.  Pregame scheduled for 7:30pm, with the tipoff at 7:45.
