The Oskaloosa Water Department will be conducting their bi-annual hydrant flushing beginning Monday, April 18. This will last approximately two weeks. You may notice low pressure and cloudy or discolored water. The water, even though discolored, will remain safe to drink. Please refrain from washing laundry if you notice this change in your water, as staining is possible. The water should clear up as crews continue flushing. The crews will be moving throughout various areas of town during this period.
