The Oskaloosa volleyball team was in action Tuesday night in a home match against conference foe Newton.

It was a successful night for the Indians, as they got a straight sets win to move to 9-7 on the season. Osky won by scores of 25-21, 25-19, and 25-12.

Senior outside hitter Maria Settimi had 10 kills in the match, and was joined in double figures by junior Alexis Westercamp. Leah VanMaanen guided the way as the setter the entire match, setting up the attackers for successful nights. Zoe Lynch and Josie Bunnell both had excellent outings as well.
