Oskaloosa’s Xavier Foster has reportedly received another Division I college basketball scholarship offer. According to PrepHoopsIowa.com, the senior to be has now received an offer from Providence. They join a list is said to include Iowa, Iowa State, Illinois, Kansas, Creighton, Texas A&M, Baylor, Missouri, St. Louis, USC, UCLA and Rutgers. Foster helped Oskaloosa win the Iowa 3A boys’ basketball championship this past spring, averaging 14.4 points, 11.8 rebounds and six blocked shots a game. He holds the Indians’ school records for blocked shots in a season and a career.
