The Ottumwa Police Department is requesting the assistance in locating a wanted fugitive. Jason Michael Sines, age 35, is wanted on charges of Harassment and Violation of a Restraining Order out of Wapello County, Iowa. Sines is also wanted out of Wisconsin for Failure to Report to Jail on a Felony. Sines is describes as a white male, 6 feet tall, approximately 200 pounds, green eyes, and bald.

Sines frequents the east end of Ottumwa and has been seen driving an older model white Lexus passenger car with Polk County license plates. If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of Sines, they are encouraged to contact the Ottumwa Police Department or their local police agency.
