The City of Ottumwa will be holding a public information meeting in regards to the East Main Street Reconstruction Project. The meeting will be an open house format and will take place at the City Hall Council Chambers on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. Representatives from the City of Ottumwa and JEO Consulting Group will be available to answer any questions you may have in regards to the project.
