On Saturday, April 21, head on over to the Oskaloosa Square for a day of family fun, art, and music for the 5th Annual ‘Chalk the Walk’ event from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. This is a free-will donation event with all proceeds going to the United Way of Mahaska County. About Chalk the Walk: This event is an annual fundraiser for Operation Backpack, a program which provides local children with essential school supplies. For more information, call 641-676-3400.

Eddyville Elementary PTO School Carnival
The Eddyville Elementary PTO School Carnival will be held this Saturday, March 17 from 2:00-4:00 PM at the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont High School Gym. Please enter through the front door for registration purposes and remember, all children must be accompanied by an adult at this family event. There will be fun and games for all, and a classroom silent auction. Free for all current EEAC students preschool through 6th grade. Adults get in free.
