Willie Nelson was presented with the Library of Congress’ Gershwin Prize For Popular Song during a ceremony in Washington D.C. last Wednesday night (11/18). Named in honor of the legendary songwriting team comprised of brothers George & Ira Gershwin, the Gershwin Prize recognizes a living musical artist’s lifetime achievement.
