Leighton Lions Pancake Breakfast
Leighton Lions will be hosting a pancake breakfast on March 31 from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM to be held at the Leighton Christian Reformed Church. Serving eggs, sausages, and all the pancakes you can eat. Proceeds will go to Katie De Heer, a 15 year old Pella High student with Cerebral Palsy, to assist in purchasing a service dog and all the expenses of training.
Benefit Dinner for the Family of Deziray Harbour
On March 22, Deziray Harbour will go in for the first part of her two-part brain surgery. This benefit on March 17 is to help the parents of Deziray with expenses of traveling, possible hotel room stay, and food while she is in the hospital in Iowa City. The benefit will be held at the Iowa National Guard Armory in Oskaloosa from 5:00 – 9:00 PM. There will be homemade beef and noodles with mashed potatoes as well as desserts. There will also be a silent auction and several other ways to help out. DJ Brady Pace has volunteered his time for music.

Osky Elementary & PTO Host Blood Drive Jan. 30
(OSKALOOSA, IOWA) – Oskaloosa Elementary School & PTO will host a community blood drive from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Tuesday, Jan. 30, located at 1801 Orchard Ave in Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Oskaloosa Eagles Charity Soup Supper
The Oskaloosa Eagles Aerie 276 will be holding a soup supper before the parade on Thursday, Nov. 30 from 4:30-7:30PM. Chili, corn bread, ham & potato soup, as well as homemade rolls will be available for $5.00 per bowl.
