Ottumwa, Iowa –  Ottumwa Water and Hydro is working to repair a water main break in the 1600 block of W. Second Street, near the Recovery Room.  Water customers on the west side of Ottumwa may experience low to no water pressure today.  Ottumwa Water Works crews are working on site and hope to have full water service restored this afternoon.  Water quality will not be affected by this break.

Drivers can expect work zone conditions and traffic delays on W. Second due to this issue.
